Working principle of water pressure test blocking valve

The water pressure test plug valve is installed on the steam pipeline at the outlet of the boiler superheater and the inlet and outlet of the reheater, as an isolation device for static water pressure testing. After the hydrostatic test, remove the internal blocking plate and support plate, and install the guide sleeve as the pipeline to enter normal use. The next time a hydrostatic test is required, remove the guide sleeve and reinstall the internal components such as the blocking plate and support plate.
