Principle of fast extraction check valve action for steam turbine

Closing of extraction check valve: When the extraction check valve receives a closing signal, the compressed air electromagnetic three-way valve opens, and the compressed air is connected to the upper chamber of the extraction check valve piston. With the help of compressed air, it overcomes the spring force and steam pressure by using the control rod to move down and forcefully close the check valve;

Quick extraction check valve opening: When the extraction check valve receives an opening signal, the compressed air electromagnetic three-way valve acts to connect the compressed air in the upper chamber of the extraction check valve piston with the exhaust port, releasing the compressed air in the air chamber.
