Characteristics, Application, and Structural Principles of Rapid Exhaust Check Valve

A check valve refers to a type of valve whose opening and closing components are circular valve discs that act by their own weight and medium pressure to block the backflow of medium. It belongs to the category of automatic valves, also known as check valves, one-way valves, return valves or isolation valves. The valve disc movement can be divided into lifting and rotating types. Lift check valves have a similar structure to globe valves, except for the lack of a valve stem that drives the valve disc. The medium flows in from the inlet end (lower side) and flows out from the outlet end (upper side). When the inlet pressure exceeds the sum of the weight of the valve disc and its flow resistance, the valve is opened.
Characteristics and Application of Exhaust Check Valve
1. Adopting a "bullet head" shaped design and a "drum" shaped body design, the media flow valve is improved and the flow resistance coefficient is reduced
2. Using a short form valve structure, although the head loss is slightly higher than that of a silent check valve, the valve lift is small and the price is cheap

4. Directly installed on the rubber seal of the main frame, avoiding prolonged use of media for sealing, significantly longer service life, and durability
5. The opening and closing stroke is short, and the valve can effectively prevent water hammer from occurring
6. Suitable for water supply and drainage systems, high-rise building pipelines, can be installed at the pump outlet, this structure has been modified and can be used as a suction bottom valve, but not for sewage pipelines

Structural principle
1. When the valve is in use, follow the flow direction of the medium indicated by the arrow.
2. When the medium flows in the predetermined direction, it becomes conductive through the action of the media power valve; When the upstream medium, due to the weight of the valve and the backward force from the medium to the valve, the sealing surface density of the valve and valve seat is closed together to prevent the reverse flow of the medium.
3. Excavate and weld stainless steel on the valve body and valve sealing surface.
According to the provisions of GB12221-1989 in JB/T79-1994, the length of the flange size shall be determined for the valve structure.
