Main functions and performance indicators of 0.3 second fast closing valve
(1) Slow switch
When the PLC receives the slow switch signal, it sends a pulse command to the stepper motor, causing the motor to run in the corresponding direction, and inputs high-pressure oil to the right or left side of the double acting oil cylinder, thereby driving the gears and valves to move in the open or close direction. After receiving the signal of fully open or fully closed position, the PLC continues to send commands for a period of time to ensure that the valve reaches the fully open and fully closed positions.
(2) Protecting position
When the PLC does not receive any instructions, the motor, pump, and gears do not make any movement. Due to the use of leak free hydraulic components in the equipment, the valve remains in position in this state.
(3) Quickly close
When the PLC receives the fast closing signal, it charges the fast closing solenoid valve, and the two chambers of the double acting oil cylinder communicate to release oil pressure. Under the action of the fast closing spring, the valve quickly moves to the fully closed position.
(4) Buffer
In order to reduce the impact caused by the rapid closing process of the valve, a variable throttling buffer is added to the double acting cylinder when the valve is closed to 10% of its stroke.
5) Status display and alarm
Display the working status of valves such as "open", "closed", "fast closing", and monitor and alarm faults such as "driver error" and "long on/off valve time". The main performance indicators of the quick closing valve are as follows:
(1) The normal opening and closing time of the valve throughout its full stroke is 45 seconds.
(2) The full stroke fast closing time of the valve is less than 0.8 seconds.
