The high inlet valve is installed at the inlet of the high-pressure heater.When the high-pressure heater malfunctions and the water level exceeds the allowable level,the water supply is urgently switched to the bypass to ensure the safe disconnection of the high-pressure heater,thereby protecting the high-pressure heater.

1.Fully hydraulic control system:fast action and fast switching time up to 2 seconds.
2.Electric inlet valves and electric outlet valves can also be selected:the operation time is slightly longer,but two pneumatic quick opening valves can be omitted to simplify the system design.
3.The hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a damping cone to protect the system pipeline and valve seat from impact.
4.The valve body form is Z-shaped or angular,and the bypass direction can be adjusted within a range of 180 degrees.
5.The valve body is cast or forged as a whole,made of WCB,A105 or WB36(15NiCuMoNb5)material.The WB36 valve body is more suitable for use in supercritical and higher pressure units.

The high-pressure heater coupling valve is an automatic protection device equipped with a high-pressure heater to ensure that in the event of leakage in the high-pressure heater piping system or abnormal situations such as stuck drain adjustment valves,the valve automatically closes to supply water to the high-pressure heater piping system and opens the bypass to supply water.As the high-pressure heater needs to cut off the water supply,a set of water side protection valves is designed.The name of the high-pressure heater coupling valve refers to a set of valves,so it is called a coupling valve,which can be divided into inlet coupling valve and outlet coupling valve.High inlet connected valve,also known as water supply three-way valve,is commonly referred to.Three way valves are divided into electric and hydraulic types,and are commonly used for units with a capacity of over 300000 yuan.This is because the outlet valve on the high inlet side is mostly designed as an electric gate valve.High pressure coupling valves are all water pressure valves that rely on water supply as power.When needed,the coupling valve is closed to cut off the water supply,and the outlet coupling valve(also known as a check valve)is connected by two small bypass pipes.The check valve is closed under the action of water from the small bypass,and the feedwater flows to the boiler through the check valve,avoiding the boiler from cutting off water and protecting the high-pressure heater.The design of this valve is quite unique,consisting of an upper valve seat and a lower valve seat.When the valve is opened to allow water to enter the high-pressure heater,the valve core contacts and seals with the upper valve seat,ensuring that the water does not pass through a small bypass;When the valve is closed and the feedwater enters the boiler through a small bypass,the valve core contacts and seals with the lower valve seat to ensure that the high-pressure heater can be disconnected and repaired.
The high-pressure heater protection valve produced by the company is used in the high-pressure heater feedwater protection system.In the event of a malfunction or other reasons causing the high-pressure heater to shut down,the high-pressure heater feedwater is quickly cut off,causing the high-pressure heater to disconnect and the feedwater to enter the boiler through a bypass,thereby protecting the high-pressure heater and ensuring the normal operation of the unit.Our company's high-pressure protection valves are divided into three forms according to different unit and system requirements:
1.Electric three-way high pressure coupling protection valve(inlet valve)high pressure coupling valve,with good medium flow line,low flow resistance,and reliable performance.This valve is a three-way valve.The water supply is introduced from the side inlet,and enters the high-pressure heater through the downward outlet.The outlet on the other side is connected to the bypass pipeline.The valve has two sealing surfaces,upper and lower.When the high-pressure heater is operating normally,the valve opens and the valve disc moves up to contact the upper seal,cutting off the bypass.When the high-pressure heater malfunctions or needs to be shut down for other reasons,the valve disc moves down,the valve is closed,and the feedwater enters the boiler directly through the bypass pipeline through the outlet on the other side,without passing through the high-pressure heater,to release the high-pressure heater.The valve has two seats,with the lower seat directly welded to the valve body and the upper seat sealed with a sealing ring to ensure normal operation and long-term operation without leakage.The sealing surface is welded with Stellite alloy,which is wear-resistant,abrasion resistant,and has a long service life.The electric device adopts imported Rimitok,Siemens or imported high-speed excellent electric devices,with reliable and stable performance;The valve stem adopts a special design process to ensure a switch time of 30 seconds.This valve is matched with the outlet valve(electric gate valve)to ensure the safe operation of the high-pressure heater.
2.Hydraulic control four-way high pressure coupling protection valve(inlet valve)
This valve is a hydraulic control four-way valve.The water supply is introduced from the side inlet and enters the high-pressure heater through the downward outlet.There are two outlets above the valve connected to the bypass pipeline.The valve has two sealing surfaces,upper and lower.During normal operation of the high-pressure heater,the valve automatically opens by the pressure difference acting on the valve disc section.The valve disc moves upward and comes into contact with the upper seal,cutting off the bypass.When an accident occurs in the high-pressure heater and the pipe system ruptures,causing the water level to exceed the allowable level,the water level signal opens the quick opening and closing valve through the electrical device.The condensed water enters the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder,pushes the piston,and the valve disc moves down to quickly close the valve.The feedwater enters the boiler directly through the two bypass pipes above,causing the high-pressure heater to disconnect and protecting the safe operation of the unit.The valve has two valve seats,with Stellite alloy welded on the sealing surface.The lower valve seat is directly welded to the valve body,and the upper valve seat and valve body adopt a double channel self sealing structure to ensure normal operation and long-term operation of the valve without leakage.The valve action time is 2 seconds.This valve is matched with the outlet valve(manual check valve)to ensure the safe operation of the high-pressure heater.According to the system requirements,the four-way valve can also be electrically controlled.Based on the accident signal feedback,the valve action is driven by the electric device on the upper part of the valve to achieve the function of protecting the high-pressure heater.3.Use a combination of three electric valves to achieve high pressure heater protection:When the system is working normally,close the bypass valve,open the high pressure inlet and outlet valves,and feed water to the boiler through the high-pressure heater.When the high pressure heater fails,open the bypass valve,close the high pressure inlet and outlet valves,and disconnect the high pressure heater.Feed water directly enters the boiler through the bypass to complete the protection of the high pressure heater and ensure the normal operation of the entire unit.
