The electro-hydraulic gate valve has the following problems:
① Poor reliability, electric gate valves are controlled by electric motors through large transmission ratio reducers to open and close the gate valves, without overload protection, which can easily cause the gate valve stem to bend and deform due to overload.
② Complex control and high failure rate. Electric valves require electrical drive devices, power transmission devices, and position sensing devices. The matching use of these devices is difficult to maintain, causing inconvenience to installation and use. In response to the above issues, the ZDYF mining explosion-proof electric hydraulic control gate valve structure we designed is to remove the handwheel and screw on the electric gate valve, and replace the rotary motion with linear motion; Simple control, when the motor rotates forward (in a certain direction), the oil cylinder rod extends and opens the gate valve; When reversing (rotating in the other direction), the cylinder rod retracts and the gate valve closes. The electric hydraulic control gate valve has high integration and can effectively control the opening and closing speed and closing force of the gate valve. The explosion-proof electric hydraulic control gate valve for mining has dual limits of mechanical and proximity switches, which can effectively avoid water hammer and wedging phenomena.
