TDC type automatic recirculation valve

The TDC type automatic recirculation valve is an upgraded version of the TDM type automatic recirculation valve.The bypass multi-stage vortex cone is generally 5-7 stages,with a forged valve body.It is mainly used in steel plant descaling systems and is used in conjunction with steel plant descaling pumps to adapt to frequent opening and closing of water pumps.
The caliber range is from 3"to 10"(DN8-DN250),and larger sizes can be customized.
The pressure rating is ASME B16.5 2500Lb(EN1092-1 PN400).
The bypass pressure difference is Max.250 bar,and the bypass comes with a check function.
The forged valve body is made of stainless steel and carbon steel,and the internal components are made of stainless steel.

③Both the main and bypass roads are equipped with check valves;
④Three way T-shaped structure,suitable for recirculation pipelines.

②Reduce design workload(integrating flow sensing,check,bypass control pressure reduction,and T-shaped structure);
③Reduce installation and maintenance costs,self reliant,no need for external energy;
④Reduce the likelihood of faults occurring-minimize the possibility of fluid adjustment causing faults,without cavitation issues and electrical wiring costs;
⑤Stable operation of the pump can still be ensured under low flow conditions;
⑥Compared to conventional systems,the overall cost is low.
