Disc valve

A disc valve is a fast opening and closing type valve that switches on and off by sliding a disc.Its design is specifically designed for materials with wear and erosion characteristics,and it can work continuously and normally for a long time under harsh working conditions.If you still have to frequently replace or repair your valve,you will definitely not be able to open the disc valve.Its hard sealing surface has a self grinding effect,which continuously improves its sealing performance during the application of worn and eroded materials,and its service life is several times longer than other valves.So when you get tired of frequently replacing valves,you should first consider using disc valves,which can perform beyond your imagination.
The driving device rotates the valve disc by a certain angle through the valve stem and rocker arm to achieve the opening and closing of the valve.The sealing surface of the valve disc is tightly attached to the valve seat by means of a spring,and the spring pressure always keeps the valve disc tightly attached to the valve seat,while allowing for displacement of the valve disc in the vertical direction of the sealing surface.This helps to compensate for the deformation of valve components caused by thermal expansion and contraction,as well as the slight wear generated after multiple opening and closing,overcoming the impact of any back pressure changes on the seal and preventing particulate media from entering between the sealing surfaces;During the opening and closing process of the disc valve,the difference in frictional force between the valve seat sealing surface and the valve disc in the tangential direction causes the valve disc to rotate and continuously shear and clean the medium that may accumulate in the valve chamber during the opening and closing cycle.These characteristics are not found in other valves.
1.Valve seat.The wide valve seat in the vertical streamline direction will not affect the sealing due to wear and erosion in the streamline direction;2.Valve disc.The rotating cutting disc rotates,grinds,and enhances the self-cleaning ability of the valve seat,cutting solid media passing through the valve;
3.Spring.Compensate for the stress changes in the packing caused by temperature and pressure changes,maintain uniform stress,and extend the life of the packing;
4.Pan Gen.Multiple V-shaped PTFE or graphite rings and high carbon packing;
5.Double shaft sleeve.Anti spray design,while providing a stable and enclosed packing space;
6.Valve disc compensation spring and spring column.Compensate for the wear of the valve disc and seat,resist back pressure,and prevent materials from entering the sealing surface;
7.Blow the hole.Reasonable and optimized blowing design can effectively blow away accumulated materials.
