Parallel double gate valve is suitable for use as a closed circuit device on pipelines with water and sewage as the medium,and is not allowed to be used for regulating flow and emptying.Widely applicable to industries such as petroleum,chemical,pharmaceutical,and power.Used for opening and closing on pipelines containing steam,water,oil and other media with a nominal pressure of≤1.0MPa.Parallel double gate valve is a type of ceramic gate valve.Therefore,its structure and working principle are consistent with gate valves,and its opening and closing body(valve plate)is driven by the valve stem to move the sealing surface of the valve seat up and down,which can connect or cut off the fluid channel.When the valve is partially opened,eddy currents are generated on the back of the gate plate,which can easily cause erosion and vibration of the gate plate,and also damage the sealing surface of the valve seat.It is difficult to repair and is usually suitable for working conditions where frequent opening and closing are not required,and the gate plate is kept fully open or closed.

working principle:
