■ Performance characteristics
The Y963Y series soot blower pressure reducing valve is installed on the high-temperature and high-pressure steam pipeline, serving as the steam source for the boiler body and air preheater soot blower. Steam is depressurized through multi-stage throttling to achieve the required pressure and flow rate. This series of soot blower pressure reducing valves solves the problems of short service life, poor sealing, and poor regulating performance of domestic and imported soot blower pressure reducing valves. It is an ideal product to replace imports.
This series of valves has the characteristics of good mechanism, regulating performance, anti erosion, anti cavitation, overcoming large pressure difference, good noise reduction effect, low operating vibration, long service life, economical and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for 15-600MW units.
■ Material Description
The valve body and valve cover are made of 20G, 12Cr1MoV, F22 alloy forgings; Throttle components and flow equalization cover stainless steel hard nitriding treatment;
The valve stem is treated with 38CrMoAl hard nitriding; The sealing surface of the valve core and valve seat is welded with cobalt based hard alloy.
