■Performance characteristics
The JT968 series air exhaust valve is installed on the boiler steam drum and superheater header.When the boiler steam pressure exceeds the specified value,the air exhaust valve is electrically opened to discharge excess steam,thereby ensuring the safe and normal operation of the power plant boiler.The valve adopts a non flushing structure,which solves the problem of cracks and short service life on the sealing surface of traditional valves.At the same time,the valve internals can be disassembled,greatly reducing maintenance costs and suitable for 15-600MW units.
■Material Description
The valve body and valve cover are made of 20G,12Cr1MoV,F22,F91 alloy steel forgings;Welding cobalt based alloy on the sealing surface of the valve core and seat;
The throttle cover adopts stainless steel hard nitriding treatment;The valve stem is treated with 38CrMoAl hard nitriding.
