JT968Y series condensate drain valve
Performance characteristics:
The JT968Y series condensate drain valve is installed in front of the electric main gate of the steam turbine steam pipeline to condense and drain water in the steam pipeline,thereby ensuring the normal operation of the steam turbine.The valve adopts a non flushing structure,which solves the problems of easy cracking and short service life of traditional valve sealing surfaces.Moreover,the valve internals can be disassembled for easy maintenance.
◆Material Description:
The valve body and valve cover are made of 12Cr1MoV and F22 alloy steel forgings;Welding cobalt based alloy on the sealing surface of the valve core and seat;
The throttle cover adopts stainless steel hard nitriding treatment;The valve stem is treated with 38CrMoAl hard nitriding.
