■Performance characteristics
The T968Y series main feedwater regulating valve is the main auxiliary equipment for automatic control and regulation of boiler feedwater in power plant generator sets.The valve adopts a multi-stage throttling form or labyrinth structure,and the valve core is a pressure balanced structure.It has the characteristics of good regulation performance,anti cavitation,anti erosion,low noise,zero leakage,long service life,and easy maintenance.At the same time,it can meet the needs of small flow regulation and is suitable for 15-600MW units.
■Material Description
The valve body and valve cover are made of 20G,WB36,12Cr1MoV forged steel parts;Valve core and valve seat are welded with cobalt based hard alloy;
The valve stem and uniform flow cover are made of precipitation hardened stainless steel;The throttling component adopts stainless steel hard nitriding treatment.
