Product Usage:This product is mainly used for the steam pipelines of superheaters and reheaters in boilers,and is used as an isolation device during hydrostatic testing.
Product introduction:1)The valve body can be made of castings or forgings,with a flat sealing surface.The sealing surface is welded with Cr stainless steel or Stellite alloy,and the leakage level meets the requirements of MSS SP-61.2)During the hydrostatic test,only internal components such as valve discs and supporting baffles need to be installed to conduct the hydrostatic test.After the experiment is completed,remove the valve disc,support baffle and other internal components,and install them into the guide sleeve for pipeline use.3)It has the characteristics of low resistance,uniform pipeline stress,reduced labor intensity for workers,lower costs,excellent performance,long service life,and no noise.4)Many home appliance factories in China and abroad have good operational performance and are highly praised by users.
