2. The gate and valve seat are treated with special technology, sprayed with hard alloy, wear-resistant PTFE, and achieve dual sealing. And it can be filled with grease to assist in dual protection sealing, making the sealing more reliable and the service life longer.
3. This valve adopts a non packing structure, and the Weidong mechanism ensures flexible opening and closing of the valve. Its opening and closing torque is only 3/1-1/2 of that of ordinary valves.
4. Flat gate valves with diversion holes are used for pipelines that require ball cleaning, while flat gate valves without diversion holes are used for pipelines that do not require ball cleaning.
5. Adjustable flat gate valves are suitable for regulating and cutting off media on pumps, station outlets, and other pipelines that require regulating media.
6. The pneumatic flat gate valve opens and closes quickly, with a buffer mechanism and no impact when closing. The pneumatic and manual conversion structure is novel, flexible in operation, and convenient and reliable.
7. There are three types of electric flat gate valves: integral explosion-proof type (Z9B), explosion-proof type (Z9b), and ordinary type (Z9). Other models can be selected according to user needs.
