Cast steel gate valve:It is one of the commonly used shut-off valves,mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline,and is not suitable for regulating the flow rate of the medium.Cast steel gate valves are suitable for a wide range of pressure,temperature,and diameter,especially for medium and large diameter pipelines.The nominal size is DN15~DN800,the nominal pressure is 1.6MPa~20.0MPa,the sealing surface is made of asbestos graphite or flexible graphite,the working temperature is≤570℃,and the operation modes include manual,gear transmission,electric,pneumatic,etc.It is suitable for water,steam,and oil medium pipelines.
Product Features
1.Compact structure,reasonable design,good valve rigidity,smooth channel,and low flow resistance coefficient.
2.The sealing surface is made of stainless steel or hard alloy,with a long service life.

Z41 gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various systems of petroleum,chemical,hydraulic,and thermal power plants with working pressure of 1.6~20.0MPa and working temperature of-29℃~570℃.Applicable media include water,oil,steam,acid,alkali,ammonia,urea,sulfur-containing natural gas,etc.
