J41b ammonia shut-off valves often require gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, etc. These gases are usually stored in dedicated high-pressure gases. When in use, the gas pressure is reduced to the required range for the experiment through an ammonia shut-off valve, and then finely adjusted through other control valves to input the gas into the system.
Structural characteristics
The flange of J41b ammonia shut-off valve is a square structure, and the valve stem is connected by a connecting rod.
2. The sealing surface of the valve body adopts a spherical convex shape, which is sealed with a line matching the valve foot.
3. The sealing surface is made of Babbitt alloy, which has good sealing performance and long service life. The main performance specifications are applicable to media such as liquid, gas, ammonia, nitrogen, and hydrogen. The applicable temperature is -10 ℃ -150 ℃
