High pressure forged steel ball valve/Q41N high-pressure forged steel flange ball valve/Q61N high-pressure forged steel welded ball valve adopts a movable metal seat structure preloaded by plate spring,with reasonable sealing force design,flexible opening and closing,and reliable sealing.
The high-pressure forged steel ball valve can be designed according to the needs of users to be suitable for structures containing solid particles,slurries,and other media with high temperature resistance.
The high-pressure forged steel ball valve adopts a bottom mounted valve guard and is equipped with a reverse sealing structure to ensure reliable sealing at the packing point.Pressure:1.6MPa-32.0MPa.
Characteristics of high-pressure forged steel ball valve
1.All components of this product are forged parts
2.Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem and an inverted sealing structure for the equipment
3.Adopting an embedded valve seat,with an O-ring installed behind the valve seat to ensure that the medium does not leak outside
4.The sealing surface is made of nylon 1010,which has a friction coefficient usually one-third of that of Babbitt alloy,making it a natural sliding material.But its bending strength,impact strength,and high ductility are comparable to those of metals
