Hydraulic control quick closing valves are mainly installed in high safety level systems such as steam turbine extraction pipelines and blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation(TRT)inlet pipelines.In the event of a crisis condition in the system,emergency valve closure is implemented within 0.3~0.8 seconds to achieve reliable shut-off of the pipeline and protect system safety.The main valve sealing pair of the hydraulic control quick closing valve produced by our factory is a three eccentric structure,which is easy to open and close and has reliable sealing.The transmission box has a compact structure,and the tail of the oil cylinder is equipped with a buffer device to eliminate the impact on the oil cylinder during quick closing.The main control valves of the hydraulic station are all threaded plug-in valves from international manufacturers such as Rexroth in Germany,which occupy a small space.During normal opening and closing operations,the pressure oil source is provided by the oil pump,turbine,and TRT main engine hydraulic station.When quickly closing,it is achieved through the rapid release of energy from the accumulator.In addition to slow opening,slow closing,fast closing,stop and other actions,this valve can also undergo a 10%travel test in the fully open position to ensure that the system will not get stuck when the valve is urgently closed.
The electrical control of this valve adopts a PLC intelligent control system,which is easy to operate,reliable in performance,highly intelligent,and can fully meet the needs of users for automation control.
