High/low pressure bypass valve

Purpose:
The high/low pressure bypass valves are respectively installed at the inlet of the high and low pressure bypass of the steam turbine.
Structural features:
There are two types of bypass valves:high-pressure bypass valve and low-pressure bypass valve.The structural characteristics are as follows:
The valve is designed with an angular structure,and the valve body is made of ASME SA-182 F92 material through integral forging and turning processing.The thin-walled spherical valve body minimizes thermal stress,making the valve have strong resistance to thermal shock,reducing valve body defects,and improving valve safety;
The valve adopts a multi-stage pressure reducing structure with small orifice throttling,which decomposes the steam flow into a series of small flow groups,helps to quickly dissipate the kinetic energy in the steam,reduces noise,and avoids valve vibration;
The valve adopts an adjustable annular multi nozzle structure,evenly arranged along the circumference of the outlet pipeline,which can fully cover the steam pipeline with the sprayed desuperheating water,achieve good pressure and temperature reduction effect,and efficiently adjust the temperature of the medium;
The valve disc adopts a cascade structure,which not only reduces the actuator thrust,but also ensures that the valve sealing level meets the requirements of ASME B16.104 V level,ensuring the reliable and durable sealing of the valve;
The actuator adopts imported hydraulic actuator;Achieved rapid full opening and full closing of the valve.
