High pressure hydraulic three-way valve for outlet

When the high-pressure heater of a 600-1000MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit is operating normally,the main circuit of the three-way valve at the high-pressure inlet is open and the bypass is closed.The boiler feedwater enters the high-pressure heater from the main circuit and then passes through the outlet three-way valve of the high-pressure heater to the boiler.1.The branch pipe and pipeline are connected by welding,and the middle pipe adopts a self sealing structure for reliable sealing.
2.The valve body is made of forged steel and has a"T"shape.The medium inlet and bypass are on the same center line,and the outlet of the high-pressure heater and the medium inlet have an angular structure,making pipeline layout convenient.
3.The internal components of the valve are detachable,making it easy to replace valve seats,valve discs,and other internal components.It is also convenient for online maintenance and upkeep.
4.The surface of the valve stem has been specially treated to improve its corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
5.The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welded,which has good wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
6.The actuator selection for the valve is flexible and can be configured according to the user's needs.
