Performance characteristics:
The Tz(9)68Y series feedwater pump recirculation control valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of the feedwater pump and is a protective equipment for power plant feedwater pumps.This valve adopts a multi-stage throttling form,which has the characteristics of flexible adjustment,anti erosion,long service life,and detachable valve internals.This valve overcomes the shortcomings of poor anti erosion performance and short service life of traditional globe valves when used in this system.It is an ideal import substitute product applied to units ranging from 10 to 600MW.
◆Material Description:
The valve body and valve cover are made of 20G forged steel parts;Valve core and valve seat are welded with cobalt based hard alloy;
Valve stem and uniform flow cover are made of precipitation hardened stainless steel;The throttling component adopts stainless steel hard nitriding treatment.
