Performance characteristics:
The C968Y series temperature and pressure reducing valve is a widely used steam thermal energy(temperature,pressure)conversion device and energy-saving equipment for preheating in modern industrial cogeneration,centralized heating,and gas supply enterprises in thermal energy engineering.
The C968Y series temperature and pressure reducing valve has a compact and reasonable structure,with good temperature and pressure reducing effects,low vibration,low noise,long service life,and easy maintenance.It can be controlled manually or automatically.
This series of temperature and pressure reducing valves adopts a pressure balanced sleeve structure.It can reduce the operating force of the valve,as well as the vibration caused by high pressure difference on the valve,and also reduce the noise generated during the operation of the valve.
The C968Y series structure is divided into two types:
Integral type:Steam completes the pressure reduction process in the upper chamber of the temperature and pressure reducing valve,and the temperature reducing water is sprayed into the lower chamber of the pressure reducing valve and fully mixed with the steam after pressure reduction to complete the temperature and pressure reduction process.
Split type:Steam first completes the pressure reduction process inside the pressure reducing valve.Then,in the desuperheater,the desuperheating water is sprayed through a swirl nozzle to form a mist and fully mixed with the depressurized steam,completing the desuperheating process.

The above figure shows the structure diagram of the integral temperature reducing pressure valve,and the valve body can be made of ZG15CrMoV,ZG250 or forged steel parts;The valve cover can be made of 12Cr1MoV forgings or 20G forgings;The valve internals are made of stainless steel forgings or alloy steel forgings.
