J41H/W American standard globe valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum,chemical,pharmaceutical,fertilizer,and power industries with nominal pressure PN1.6~16MPa and working temperature-29~550℃.The driving methods include manual,gear transmission,electric,pneumatic,etc
Structural characteristics of American standard globe valve
①The design and manufacturing of the product comply with advanced foreign standards such as ANS1B16.34 and BS1873 in the United States.
②The valve body has a barrel shaped or streamlined appearance,which is aesthetically pleasing.The circulation shape is straight through.Low fluid resistance.
③The sealing surface between the closing element(valve disc)and the valve seat adopts conical sealing,which has low closing force,erosion resistance,and reliable sealing.
④The valve seat can be a replaceable valve seat,which can be combined with the sealing surface material to meet the requirements of the working conditions and extend the service life.
⑤The large-diameter and high-pressure globe valve adopts a lifting rod for the transmission of the valve stem according to the closing force requirements,and is equipped with a rolling bearing type and an impact handwheel to reduce the closing force.
⑥The materials of the main body,internal components,fillers,and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.
