MRM type automatic recirculation valve

TDM type automatic recirculation valve,with bypass multi-stage vortex cones up to 7-9 levels,adopts forged valve body,mainly used for offshore platform water injection system,and can be applied to high-pressure conditions.
The caliber range is from 3"to 12"(DN8-DN300),and larger sizes can be customized.
The pressure rating is ASME B16.5 4500Lb(EN1092-1 PN640).
The bypass pressure difference is 200~450 bar,and the bypass comes with a check function.
Forged valve body,with valve body materials including stainless steel,duplex stainless steel,and carbon steel,and internal components made of stainless steel.
(1)Structural advantages:
①Automatically adjust the bypass opening based on the flow rate;
②The bypass pressure drop can be controlled;
③Both the main and bypass roads are equipped with check valves;
④Three way T-shaped structure,suitable for recirculation pipelines.

①Bypass does not require continuous flow,reducing energy consumption;
②Reduce design workload(integrating flow sensing,check,bypass control pressure reduction,and T-shaped structure);
③Reduce installation and maintenance costs,self reliant,no need for external energy;
④Reduce the likelihood of faults occurring-minimize the possibility of fluid adjustment causing faults,without cavitation issues and electrical wiring costs;
⑤Stable operation of the pump can still be ensured under low flow conditions;
⑥Compared to conventional systems,the overall cost is low.
