Gate valve

Purpose:
Installed on the water and steam pipelines of the generator set and pressure vessel as opening and closing devices.
Structural features:
At present,there are three types of gate valves available:wedge type elastic single gate valve(model:Z(9)60Y),wedge type rigid double gate valve(Z(9)62Y),and parallel double gate valve(Z(9)64Y).According to the execution mechanism,there are three types:handwheel,manual mechanism,and electric actuator,which can be selected according to user needs.The structural characteristics are as follows:
1)The valve body is made of cast steel,free forging or die forging according to user requirements,and undergoes strict non-destructive testing.
2)The high-temperature and high-pressure valve adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure,and the sealing ring is made of molded flexible graphite material with good sealing performance.
3)The sealing surface is made of plasma spray welded Stellite alloy,which has high temperature resistance,high strength,wear resistance,erosion resistance,and tight sealing.
4)Equipped with an upper sealed valve seat,the valve can prevent the medium from entering the packing box when in the open state,avoiding long-term immersion of the medium in the packing and extending the service life of the packing.
5)The valve disc assembly of the wedge-shaped rigid double gate gate valve(Z(9)62Y)can automatically adjust the inclination angle through a universal top,fully matching the sealing surface of the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve.
6)The parallel double gate valve(Z(9)64Y)is widely used in supercritical and ultra supercritical units,and the valve disc assembly adopts spring assisted sealing.While reducing the operating torque of the actuator,the sealing effect under low pressure is ensured.
