We guarantee to provide brand new and defect free products, as well as relevant drawings and other technical documents related to the products. After the goods arrive at the construction site, technical personnel will be dispatched to the site for free to provide technical guidance, training, installation, and debugging guidance for the products.
2. Upon receiving your feedback on product quality issues, we will respond within 6 hours and be responsible for handling matters related to product quality until you are satisfied.
3. After the project is put into operation, if the customer needs it, our company will send an inquiry team led by engineers to collect feedback on product quality and other information in order to improve.
4. Our company provides customers with after-sales service hotlines, technical hotlines, and quality assurance hotlines respectively. Ensure that relevant departments have personnel available for service 12 hours a day, and key personnel have mobile phones available 24 hours a day to provide services.
5. The factory qualification rate of the product is 100%. If defects/potential defects are found during the warranty period, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement. Provide free technical consultation and services.
All products will be promptly and accurately shipped to the designated location of the customer. The products will be packed with product manuals and certificates of conformity. If the customer needs them, our company will send relevant personnel to the site to guide installation and debugging.
