After sales service commitment

1.Clarify the preferential conditions for after-sales service and the response time for warranty:arrive at the site for repair within 24-36 hours(48 hours outside the province)during the warranty period.After the warranty period expires,specify the routine maintenance time and various maintenance commitments.
2.Valve equipment is provided with free maintenance for one year and a free spare parts list during this period.If any damage is caused by non-human factors during the free maintenance period(except for force majeure reasons),our company will promptly replace and repair it free of charge.
3.The equipment requires lifelong maintenance.After the free warranty period expires,if the buyer entrusts our company to carry out maintenance,our company will replace the equipment and provide a detailed list of maintenance contents.
4.Our company provides equipment with a low service life.During this period,in the event of a major accident caused by non-human factors(excluding force majeure),the buyer has the right to trace the seller's responsibility.
When a certain device stops or changes its production name,our company will notify the buyer of the plan to stop or modify production in advance,so that the buyer has sufficient time to purchase the required spare parts;At the same time,our company provides free drawings and relevant technical parameters of the spare parts.
6.Accompanying services provided by our company
Responsible for equipment maintenance,operation,and training of maintenance personnel during installation and debugging.Provide the above services for free.
2.Required spare parts:Standard configuration accessories and specialized tools to ensure the normal operation of the equipment are included in the bidding price of the complete set of equipment.
