Ordering Instructions

1. If the customer has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract:
(1) Structural length
(2) Connection form
(3) . nominal diameter, full bore diameter, reduced diameter, pipe size;
(4) Use medium and temperature/pressure range;
(5) Experimental, testing standards, and other requirements.
2. Our factory can configure various driving devices according to customers' special requirements.
When the customer provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition of mutual understanding between the supply and demand parties.
4. Futures and ordering customers are requested to call or email us in detail to inform us of the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location. They should also pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit or full payment to our company's account in a timely manner. The remaining payment should be made before shipment to arrange for timely delivery.
