一、Design and Manufacturing Standards
All types of valves provided by our company are designed,manufactured,inspected and accepted in accordance with relevant domestic standards such as GB,JB,SH,HG,CJ,as well as foreign standards such as ANSI,JIS,BS,DIN,etc.
二、Product Quality Assurance System
Our company has obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification from IAF and has a comprehensive quality assurance system.
三、Quality control
1.Conduct inspections and evaluations of all sub suppliers,and only purchase products from qualified sub suppliers.The raw materials,purchased parts,and outsourced parts provided by sub suppliers must undergo strict re inspection upon entering the factory,and can only be stored after passing the inspection;
2.The castings,forgings,cast steel parts,and stainless steel castings provided by the sub suppliers shall have qualified chemical composition analysis forms and physical property testing forms;
3.Strictly implement the"double three inspection"system in product manufacturing,and do not transfer,assemble,or leave the factory for unqualified parts;
4.After final assembly,conduct comprehensive strength and sealing performance tests according to GB13927,JB/T9092,CJ/T3056 standards(with water and gas as the medium);
5.Our company is responsible for the quality and delivery time of the products.The warranty period from the date of product delivery is one year,with lifelong maintenance.Our company assumes corresponding responsibility for the consequences caused by product quality.If the consequences are caused by improper operation,our company will maintain the equipment at a low cost price.
